Kruger Southern Cross

Malelane is one of the small towns our team doesn’t often get to visit, and we were delighted to discover Kruger Southern Cross on a recent trip. This one-bedroom apartment offers a garden and sun terrace, along with free WiFi, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering. The cottage was clean, spacious and secure – and it’s also worth noting that it’s pet-friendly, although our team leaves their furry companions at home when travelling for work.

One of the factors our team loved most about Kruger Southern Cross was the tranquillity it offers. “It was the perfect antidote to a stressful day of race timing,” he commented. “The fact that it was self-catering gave us the flexibility to really enjoy our downtime. If we’d stayed longer, we definitely would have taken advantage of the braai facilities and outdoor fireplace!”

As the name implies, Kruger Southern Cross is within a short distance of Kruger National Park’s Malelane Gate, which makes it an ideal place to stay if you’re visiting the park during your stay in the Lowveld.

With its relaxed vibes, ample facilities and comfortable beds, we’d recommend Kruger Southern Cross to anyone travelling to Malelane.
