When our team arrived at Mhlati Guest Cottages, the first thing that struck them was the utter serenity that it offers. Upon walking outside our unit, we were greeted by a secluded lawn, a swimming pool and comfortable chairs shaded by lush greenery and trees. We couldn’t have imagined a better place to relax and unwind after a hard day’s travelling or race timing.
You’ll find these cottages a few kilometres from Malelane, which makes it an ideal option if you’re coming to Mpumalanga to spend time in Kruger National Park. Nearby, you’ll also find an array of activities for adventure enthusiasts, including river rafting, quad biking, ziplining or horse riding. There are five comfortably furnished rooms on offer, all equipped with mosquito nets, air conditioning and free WiFi. The decor is earthy and natural, with an exquisite leopard painting on the wall to remind you that you’re in Big Five country.
Mhlati Guest Cottages offers a long list of amenities, including a bar and lounge, a children’s play area, free parking, a braai/picnic area and conference facilities. We can highly recommend this venue for your next trip to Mpumalanga, whether it’s for work, leisure or a race.
