The team at Lowveld Living Guesthouse advertise their accommodation as “home away from home” and in the experience of Team #FinishTime, they certainly live up to the claim. It is a place where African tradition meets luxurious comfort and all the magic that the Lowveld has to offer. If you’re in the Lowveld with time to relax, then you’ll be able to make the most of a spacious garden, shared living room, swimming pool and veranda.
Being centrally located in Nelspruit makes this spot ideal for business travellers, and the fact that it’s in a quiet, residential neighbourhood is a bonus for everybody. The rooms are air-conditioned and offer a desk (always a handy extra for a race timer on the road) as well as a kettle, fridge and flat-screen TV. The rooms are spacious and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Our team had an opportunity to enjoy a meal at Lowveld Living’s on-site restaurant, where the food and the ambience are both world-class. Another fact worth mentioning is that Zest is fully operational during loadshedding. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner and the main menu boasts an array of meals from the grill and comfort food not to be missed.
In a nutshell, Lowveld Living Guesthouse is an ideal place for a stay in Nelspruit and our team members found themselves wishing they could have stayed longer. A big thanks to the Lowveld Living team for making Team #FinishTime feel so welcome. Look no further if you’re heading to Nelspruit for work, a holiday or a race.
